ASAP Shell Contracting, Inc. is a Premier Commercial Specialty Contractor specializing in Metal Framing, Drywall, Concrete and Masonry. Founded in 2008, with over 10 years in the industry, ASAP has built a reputation for reliability, quality craftsmanship, workplace safety, and a commitment to deadlines.

We proudly serve recognized and reputable general contractors and property owners throughout Central Florida, offering a variety of services. As an experienced subcontractor we take pride in our work. Our projects range from Assisted Living Facilities, Multifamily Projects, Large High-End Estate Homes, Retail and Office buildings.

Jonathan Webster – President
Jonathan WebsterPresident

Jonathan is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of construction experience. Jonathan offers clients valuable knowledge and insight into the construction process while ensuring the day-to-day operations are running smoothly and the projects are completed on time and within budget. He has built a solid reputation within the construction industry with a vast history of projects in both the public and private sectors.  He believes in providing quality projects, with honesty and integrity at the core of every decision he makes. Jonathan, a former World Champion Inline Speed Skater,  still enjoys staying active with running, biking and boating with his family.

Heriberto Benitez– Vice President

As the Vice President of Asap Shell Contracting, Heriberto overseas the operations of the Concrete and Masonry division managing the day-to-day operations, including preparing proposals, hiring subcontractors, ordering materials, and ensuring all construction processes are completed as per safety and quality guidelines. Heriberto brings over 20 years of experience to ASAP Shell Contracting, Inc. with extensive experience in project planning, logistics, scheduling execution and upholding client relationships. He is dedicated to ensuring the projects are completed on time and within budget. When not at work, Heriberto enjoys boxing and playing basketball with his family.

Spring Webster – Controller/Treasurer and Secretary

Spring employs an active leadership in key financial issues, and policy development that define and direct the ongoing work of ASAP Shell Contracting, Inc. She is responsible for managing the financial performance of the company with management of financial risks, solid record-keeping, and thorough financial reporting.

Spring’s background includes Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Financial Planning. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida. She takes pleasure in spending time with her family boating and biking, as well as sitting down with a good biography.

Marlo Wilson – Corporate Accounting
Marlo Wilson Corporate Accounting 

Marlo plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. While overseeing the accounting department’s daily operations, Marlo collaborates with the accounting team to focus on the goal of excellence in communication and financial accuracy. Marlo is goal driven, detail oriented and has a knack for problem solving.

When Marlo is not in the office, she enjoys playing with her dog Bella, swimming and sewing.

Angela Neyra – Estimating Director/Concrete and Masonry
Angela Neyra – Estimating Director/Concrete and Masonry

Angela has been part of the ASAP Shell Contracting, Inc. team since 2013. She oversees the Estimating Department with a focus on cost analysis, value engineering, evaluating bids, and subcontractor and vendor scopes of work. She is the liaison between clients and contractors. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of South Florida.

In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, watching soccer, and building puzzles.

Miguel Ardila – Accounting Director/Concrete and Masonry
Miguel Ardila – Accounting Director/Concrete and Masonry

Miguel joined ASAP Shell Contracting, Inc in 2023. Miguel is responsible for the functional and managerial support of the Accounts Payable and Receievable department. He provides supervision and support for the team to successfully carry out the administrative tasks of the day-to-day operations. 

Miguel graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela with a degree in Chemical Engineering in 2010 and has worked in the United States since 2011 in administration and operations.

In his free time he spends time with family, friends and also enjoys rock music, playing guitar and learning new things everyday.

Sonia Espinel Accounts Receivable Specialist – Concrete and Masonry
Sonia Espinel Accounts Receivable Specialist – Concrete and Masonry

Sonia joined Asap Shell Contracting in 2017.  She is responsible for monitoring payments, expenditures, preparing invoices and account receivable statements.  She has 14 years of experience working in the accounting field with a diverse range of organizations.

Sonia earned a Bachelor degree from Universidad Industrial de Santander Colombia in Metallurgical Engineering. She enjoys playing volleyball with her family and learning about permaculture and a sustainable lifestyle.

Franklin Arleo Sr. Project Estimator/Concrete & Masonry

Frank joined ASAP Shell Contracting, Inc. in 2022. He is responsible for evaluating construction project plans and preparing bid proposals. Franklin communicates with clients and contractors, validating a project’s scope of work, material, labor, and the equipment required for a project. He also coordinates with team members on work progress and cost reporting as well as reviews the project schedules and timelines to ensure they align with cost projections.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and his background includes more than three years of experience in the construction field and design process.

When not at work, Franklin enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He loves animals, outdoor activities and watching sports, such as Soccer and Formula 1 racing.

Juan Larios – Project Estimator/Concrete & Masonry
Juan Larios – Project Estimator/Concrete & Masonry

Juan joined ASAP Shell Contracting, Inc. in May 2024. Working in the Estimating department, Juan is responsible for evaluating new projects for time and costs, performing project take-offs, requesting quotes from suppliers, and negotiating with suppliers to create budgets.

Juan obtained a degree from National Autonomous University of Mexico with a focus in Accounting and Finance.

In his free time, Juan enjoys watching and playing sports, and traveling.

Jorge Martinez –Project Estimator/Concrete & Masonry

Jorge joined ASAP Shell Contracting, Inc. in June 2025. As a project estimator, Jorge is responsible for evaluating new construction project plans and preparing bid proposals. He communicates with clients and contractors, validating a project’s scope of work, material, labor, and the equipment required for a project.

Jorge graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity. He has been able to transfer many of the skills that he learned while in school to his current position in the estimating department. His knowledge of technology with his passion for the construction industry has allowed him to take hold of the estimating software and provide proficient project bid proposals.

During his free time, Jorge likes to go to the gym, cook food, and occasionally watch and play basketball.

Ricardo Parra –Accounting Associate
Ricardo Parra –Accounting Associate

Ricardo joined ASAP Shell Contracting, Inc. in June 2025. Ricardo maintains accurate accounting records using detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. His position includes compiling and reviewing financial information, reconciling accounts, preparing accounting reports and collaborating with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Ricardo earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, from de Los Andes University, Merida, Venezuela.

When not at work, Ricardo enjoys watching movies and exploring new places.

Pablo Rivera Logistics Coordinator/Concrete & Masonry

Pablo, joined the company in August 2024. From the day he joined ASAP Shell Contracting, Inc. he has shown remarkable passion for his job. He is responsible for ordering material, scheduling the delivery of material, mobilization of the site crew and equipment and construction submittals.

Pablo is a proud Colombian who loves dancing and eating tequeños. When he is not at work, he enjoys swimming, photography, and driving while he sings along to his favorite tunes.

Lina López – Administrative Assistant
Lina López Administrative Assistant

Lina joined ASAP Shell Contracting, Inc. in April 2025. She plays an important role in supporting office operations by managing tasks such as payroll reporting, travel scheduling, subcontractor insurance compliance and subcontractor invoicing.

Lina earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from EAFIT University in Colombia in 2009 and a Master’s degree in Marketing in 2022. She has worked in the United States since 2023 and some of her experience includes working in administration and purchasing. 

Outside of work, Lina enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her family and traveling.

Warren F. Snyder – Safety Director – WC Business Solutions
Warren F. Snyder Safety Director – WC  Business Solutions 

Warren is a Safety Professional with over thirty years of experience providing Safety Consultation Services in the construction industry, and is an authorized instructor for the 10-hour & 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health Outreach Program.

Experienced in Health and Safety Training and implementation of Safety Programs utilizing OSHA, DOT, ANSI and NFPA regulations. As President of WC Business Solutions Safety Division, Warren is actively involved in safety management, training and OSHA compliance consulting. This includes directing and managing consultation services for construction operations for numerous clients in the Southeast Region.

Warren correlates with federal, state and local agency representatives. U.S. Citizen born and raised in Spain, he speaks and writes fluent Spanish.
